  • What am I allowed to bring when boarding my furbaby?
    Please send your furbaby with their meals pre-packaged and labeled. Your furbaby can also come with one comfort item (toy, shirt, bed, blanket, etc).
  • What is the drop off process?
    If you are a first time attendant at The Collar Club, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your drop to complete paperwork. The drop off hours are: Morning Drop Off | 8am-10am & Evening Drop Off | 5pm-7pm If you need to schedule outside those hours please book for the day prior. You will bring your furbaby to 5602 Pine St, Philadelphia Pa 19143. Upon arrival a wellness check & paperwork will be completed. You will be greeted outside by a team member to complete the process.
  • What is the pickup process?
    Pick up hours are as followed: Morning Pick Up | 8am-10am and Evening Pick Up | 5pm-7pm If your furbaby is not picked up by 7pm there will be an additional $25 fee and your furbaby will have to be picked up during the following morning's pick up window. Please be ready to complete exit paperwork at pickup.
  • What is the refund and cancellation policy?
    We are a boutique kennel which means spacing is limited. When you cancel you are taking a spot that could have been reserved for another furbaby. Therefore, all bookings are non-refundable. However, you can use it as a credit towards a future stay.
  • Will I be sent updates?
    Being a boutique kennel we are hands on and don't always have the time to send individual pictures because our two core values are safety & creating a home away from home. We provide daily updates through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, & Twitter @thecollarclubphilly. Please be sure to check out our post, stories, and reels to get a glimpse of your furbaby. For periodic individual updates you can pay an additional $5 per day for access to our app.
  • What is the injury and death policy?
    Although, we've never had an incident. If your furbaby is injured or death occurs due to negligence by The Collar Club, we will cover medical and death expenses.
  • What is the damages policy?
    If your pup pulls a Cujo and damages any property a $150 fee will be assessed.
  • What is the difference between the suites?
    The Babs suite is for rabbits. The Yang suite is for cats. The Phor suite is for puppies under 1. The Charm suite is for seniors over 8 years old. The Nellie suite is for dogs between 1-8 years of age. The Luckie suite is the private suite for any age dog.
  • In the event of an emergency, what is your extension policy?
    Yes, extensions are allowed. Free of charge to members. Rate is determined by case and incident to non-members.
  • How does daycare work?
    Daycare hours are as followed: Monday- Sunday: 6am-2pm | 9am-5pm | 11am-7pm For daycare you can drop off and pick up, up to a half hour before scheduled daycare. Daycare is for 8 hours a day. Anything outside of 8 hours will be an additional $15 per day. For your pups first day of daycare please arrive 15 minutes prior to drop off to complete a wellness check and paperwork.
  • Do you require a intro day?
    A intro day is not required; however for our pet parents comfortability you can schedule a preview day of doggy decamp.
  • Do dogs have regular interaction with. one another?
    Yes, depending on the dogs temperament group play does happen daily. However, if you're dog is not as friendly one on one human interaction substitutes for group time.
  • How long does playtime last?
    Playtime last throughout the day. Pups are separated to eat, sleep, and nap for safety purposes.
  • What happens if my dogs shots lapse?
    If shots lapse you can pay the rate of the Luckie suite for isolation, or you can schedule shots to be given during boarding.
  • What are the vaccination requirements?
    To attend The Collar Club for dogs your furbaby must be up to date on their annual vaccines, in addition to bordatella, rabies, & distemper. For cats your furbaby must be up to date on their annual vaccines, in addition to rabies, distemper, FeLV, & FIV. For rabbits your furbaby must be up to date on theur annual vaccines, in addition to RHDV.
  • Do you offer pet taxi service?
    Yes, the pet taxi hours are as follows: Morning Taxi | 10am-12pm and Evening Taxi | 7pm-9pm Please plan accordingly if you need your furbaby picked up or dropped off because the pet taxi service is limited. Cost for the Pet Taxi is $35 one way plus an additional $1 per mile for distances succeeding 5 miles.
  • Do you have a rewards program?
    Yes we have two rewards programs. Our rewards programs go as follows: Paws Rewards Program Our paws rewards is completely free. All you have to do is join and subscribe to The Collar Club to start saving. Every 100 points saves you 10%. Here is how you earn points: Sign Up to the Site = 50 points Subscribe to Our Mailing List = 10 points Refer a friend that books = 100 points Book a service = 10 points Order a membership plan = 10 points for every $1 spent Club Kid Membership Our Club Kid Membership is $149.99. The benefit of The Club Kid Membership goes as follows: Reduced rate for boarding 10% of all services Priority booking acceptance Free pet taxi within 5 miles No late pickup fee charge Free access to our app 30% of the membership fee is credited towards a boarding Multi dog discount
